Bani Mustafa, Libyan counterpart discuss social service cooperation

AMMAN — Minister of Social Development Wafa Bani Mustafa and her Libyan counterpart Wafa Kilanai on Tuesday met over enhancing cooperation in the field of social services. Bani Mustafa reviewed the ministry's services in the fields of childhood, juveniles, income-generating families, abused women and persons with disabilities, and highlighted efforts towards economic empowerment.
Commending the services provided to beneficiaries, the Libyan minister said that Jordan's special education centres provide services for some 100 autistic Libyan children, and expressed her keenness to sign an agreement to learn about the Jordanian experience, mainly in the fields of disability and inclusion, productive families and childhood.
