Authoities ready for reopening of Turaibil border crossing — Zu’bi

AMMAN — Interior Minister Ghalib Zu’bi said that the Jordanian authorities are ready for the reopening of the Turaibil border crossing with Iraq, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The minister made the remark during a meeting with Public Security Department Director Maj. Gen. Ahmad Sarhan Faqih, the Jordan Customs Department Director General Maj. Gen. Wadah Hmoud and the Ministry’s Secretary General Samir Mubaideen. Zu’bi said that the reopening of the crossing is vital for Jordanian-Iraqi economy.
