AMMAN — The Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority (ASEZA) on Friday announced the reopening of the Wadi Araba border crossing for tourists coming to Aqaba in the coming days, within the approved health restrictions and in coordination with all the concerned authorities.

ASEZA, in a statement reported by the Jordan News Agency, Petra, said that the maritime transport movement through the Arab Bridge Maritime company will return to its usual transport operations for both passengers and goods between the Aqaba-Nuweiba line and Nuweiba-Aqaba line.

The statement also added that truck movement between Jordan and Saudi Arabia will resume in one direction, through the Durra border crossing.
