ASEZA’s regulations updatable — Mulki

AMMAN — Rules and regulations regulating the work of the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority (ASEZA) can be reviewed and updated, especially if they represent any hurdles to development plans, according to ASEZA Chief Commissioner Hani Mulki.
According to an ASEZA statement, Mulki asserted during a recent meeting with several members of the local community, that he will work to serve Aqaba people, stressing the need for collaborative efforts to boost the authority’s accomplishments in light of financial constraints.
Mulki highlighted challenges facing ASEZA, mainly the high competitiveness of big cities and free zones, reiterating that ASEZA will study all challenges, eyeing a boost to Aqaba’s competitiveness.
