Army chief meets Kuwait, Japan military attachés

AMMAN — Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Lt. Gen. Mahmoud Freihat on Thursday met Kuwaiti Military Attaché in Amman Brig. Gen. Turki Al Mishal over means to enhance joint cooperation and coordination in several issues related to the armed forces of both countries.
Freihat also received outgoing Japanese defence attaché, Lt. Col. Manabu Sakai, who introduced Freihat to the new defence attaché, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The army chief and the Japanese officers also went over means to enhance cooperation and coordination ties in issues that concern both countries’ armed forces.
