Army chief meets with Japanese ambassador

AMMAN — Chairman of the Joint Chiefs-of-Staff Lt. Gen. Mahmoud Freihat on Thursday met with Japanese Ambassador to Jordan Hidenao Yanagi and an accompanying delegation. The two sides discussed cooperation between the armed forces of both countries. The Japanese military attaché in Amman attended the meeting, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
