Aqaba Ports Corporation to become fully gov’t-owned

AMMAN — The Council of Ministers on Sunday approved turning the Aqaba Ports Corporation into a fully government-owned company, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
Under the decision, the corporation will be turned into a private joint stock company. Transport Minister Ayman Hatahet said the rights of the company’s employees will be protected.
