Aqaba Container Terminal workers, management end dispute

AQABA — A meeting held on Tuesday at the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority resulted in ending the dispute between the workers and management of the Aqaba Container Terminal (ACT).
The parties agreed to ensure the return of 23 ACT workers who were dismissed at the beginning of the dispute nine days ago, which led to a work stoppage.
All employees will resume work Wednesday morning.
