AMMAN — The Amman Court of Appeal on Sunday decided to revoke the decision of the Court of First Instance related to dissolving the council of the Jordan Teachers Association (JTA) after several teachers sued the council for donating money without referring to the association's general assembly.
The court decided to revoke the ruling as it had no legal basis, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
Judicial sources told Petra that the case to dissolve the association is being investigated at the Amman Court of First Instance, which has not yet issued a decision.
