‘Amman municipality responded to all complaints filed in Q1’

AMMAN — The Greater Amman Municipality (GAM) in the first quarter of this year achieved a 100 per cent rate in responding to and dealing with complaints received by the unit at the Public Sector Development Ministry, Suleiman Bustami, head of the public service department, said Tuesday.
He noted that there are 130 institutions and ministries affiliated with the unit, which is an independent entity that transfers complaints to relevant parties.
