MAFRAQ — Al al Bayt University on Tuesday named its helicopter ramp after Jordanian pilot Muath Kasasbeh.
University President Dia-Eddin Arafa said Jordanians are proud of Kasasbeh, who was murdered by the so-called Islamic State.
The step, he said, is in recognition of the pilot’s heroic sacrifice in defending his country, nation and religion.
