MAFRAQ — The Saudi national campaign for aiding Syrians on Monday dispatched a convoy laden with aid and winter necessities through the Jordanian border into Syria.
Bader Samhan, regional director of the campaign, said the convoy is the 25th to be sent to Syria, noting that the supplies were collected through donations by the Saudi people.
He added the relief will be distributed in Syria in cooperation with civil society institutions and in coordination with international organisations, under UN Security Council resolution 2191.
