Adaileh heads Jordanian delegation to preparatory meetings of 32nd Arab Summit in Jeddah

AMMAN — A Jordanian delegation is participating in the meetings at the level of permanent delegates and senior officials in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, ahead of the preparatory meeting of Arab foreign ministers for the 32nd Arab Summit.

Jordan's permanent representative to the Arab League Amjad Adaileh briefed the attendees about Jordan's efforts and support to enhance Arab cooperation and consensus on pan-Arab issues and ways to build on commonalities and regional challenges, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported. 

Adaileh praised Saudi Arabia for hosting and organising the 32nd session of the Arab Summit, lauding the General Secretariat of the Arab League for coordinating and supporting the meetings.

Adaileh welcomed the return of Syrian delegations to participate in the Arab League meetings.

The agenda of the Arab Summit would discuss the Israeli occupation of the Palestinian Territories and the two-state solution, regional developments and crises.

The agenda also includes developments in several Arab countries and efforts to resolve them within a just and comprehensive political perspective that can ensure security and stability for their peoples and preserve the countries’ territorial integrity.
