‘Government to pay JD92 million in debts to pharmaceutical companies‘

AMMAN — Health Minister Saad Jaber on Monday announced that the government will pay its debts to pharmaceutical companies, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The minister added that the Finance Ministry has transferred the required sums to the Joint Procurement Department in order to pay the debts. Jaber highlighted that the payment of these debts came in implementation of instructions from Prime Minister Omar Razzaz, adding that ministry owed pharmaceutical companies an estimated total of JD92 million.
