Arab Phoenix Holdings convenes general assembly meeting

Arab Phoenix Holdings has held its general assembly annual meeting on the grounds of its project “Red Sea Resort”.
At the meeting, attending shareholders approved the company’s 2017 financial and management report and approved the appointment of the three new board members.
The new members are Alaa Batayneh, Ahmad Al Salakh and Fareed Asadi. The meeting was attended by shareholders, representing 62 per cent of the company’s capital, besides the of Aqaba Special Economic Zone Chief Commissioner Naser Shraideh and other officials and public figures.
